“Everything was great. Loved this hotel. Only issue I had was that I had a $20 food and drink credit that I used at the bar but it wasn’t credited. Bartender seemed to have been a little tipsy so maybe that as the issue”

“Positives: - Large clean room with nice view. - Very clean and upgraded building and amenities. - Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Need Improvement (but easy to fix): - Pool was a bit chilly. Please warm it up a bit. - No desk in room. Put in a small desk and office chair. - Pillows new and fluffy but not much substance. Get some good pillows. Overall: I would go there again.”

“Very large and comfortable king size room with sofa and everything. Much appreciated the buffet breakfast included and the valet parking service. The location in the very city centre is a plus.”

“The hotel lobby was clean but the front desk people were not very welcoming and did not explain where anything in the hotel was. We had to explore to find the pool. We reserved a room for 3 people, king bed and trundle. There were not enough towels and no sheets for the trundle even though that was specifically asked at check in.
