“We were greeted by Annika on arrival and she gave us a warm welcome and made it possible for us to have an early check in after a long international flight. She gave us lots of valuable information about the hotel and the beautiful town of Kiama. We loved everything about this hotel. Friendly smiling staff; bright and sunny reception area; clean rooms with a comfy bed and a very good location for walking to the town. “Nettes kleines Hotel in Kiama. Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Kaffee kann man unten an der Rezeption bei einem VW Bulli kaufen oder trinken. Parkplätze vor der Tür ansonsten Tiefgarage vorhanden. Der Pub direkt nebenan ist empfehlenswert.”

“Management are very good. I had to cancel my trip due to injury and the management called to say they have offered me credit to use within 3 months. I had not taken booking insurance so this was above and beyond expectations. Looking forward to the trip soon.”

“Un hotel molto pulito, carino e moderno. La stanza era un pò piccina ma tutto sommato molto comoda. Consiglio di non prendere il parcheggio a pagamento perchè è possibile parcheggiare fuori con facilità.”

“Good pub”

“The unit we stayed in was modern and quite spacious. We loved having two bathrooms and watching the bird life from the front porch. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was great for preparing our meals. I would recommend the Fisherman’s Club at the top of the hill for fantastic views of the ocean . The staff at the desk were helpful and printed out a train timetable when we wanted to go to Sydney for a day trip.”
