“The property was extremely clean. My only disappointment is that I booked a room based on the photo that showed a private balcony. When we checked in, we were put on the first floor and were told a room with the balcony was not available. Other than that, the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. “La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio .

“This hotel was an awesome choice for our trip to Puerto Rico for our honeymoon.
Not only is it in a safe location, it's very close to the beach and amazing restaurants!
The hotel staff were courteous, helpful, and nice!
The room was very comfortable, well kept, and clean.
Even with the water shortages, we never lost water once unlike other major hotels that had no water for days.
