The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the Roaring Fork River as you step onto the private patio‑balcony, the quiet mountain air wrapping the space in calm. Snow‑capped peaks frame the view from the large windows, inviting you to pause with a warm drink and watch the river glide beneath a blanket of frost. After a day on nearby trails or exploring Aspen, you return to a spacious home where the fire of central heating and the glow of a 50 inch HDTV welcome you back. This riverside retreat feels both expansive and intimate, perfect for larger groups seeking a peaceful winter escape.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, with 5 baths stocked with linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets. Each room balances privacy and togetherness, allowing families or friends to spread out comfortably.



Kitchen & dining

A well‑equipped kitchen features a KitchenAid stainless steel gas stove, a General Electric double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. A dining table sits nearby for shared meals, and the layout makes it easy to prepare home‑cooked dishes after a day on the slopes.



Indoor comfort

Central heating keeps the interior cozy, while a split‑type ductless system and central air conditioning are ready for milder days. Entertainment options include a 50 inch HDTV, sound system, high‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace with a door for quiet productivity. A washer, dryer, hangers, iron and bathroom basics are provided for convenience.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private patio‑balcony that overlooks the Roaring Fork River, and a backyard space where crisp mountain air lingers. A BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking when the weather permits, and the private entrance reinforces the sense of a secluded riverside haven.



Neighborhood

The property sits along the Roaring Fork River, just a 15‑minute drive to Aspen or Snowmass Village and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. Nearby attractions include the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, a variety of restaurants, and grocery options such as Whole Foods and King Soopers. Trails wind through the surrounding mountains, offering easy access for winter hikes and snowshoeing.



Parking & access

Free driveway parking fits up to 4 vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self‑check‑in through a smart lock streamlines arrival, and long‑term stays are welcome for guests who wish to settle in for an extended mountain retreat.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
