“They were not willing to refund two of the three nights booked when an emergency interrupted the stay. I never got to the hotel and understand that the first night was too late to be refunded but I felt that the other two nights should have been canceled and refunded.”

“When the heat ran it was so noisy that it interrupted sleep. For lack of better words, it sounded like a truck. Never heard anything like that before. Other than that. I have nothing but praise”

“Pillows might as well have been nonexistent. Breakfast was a joke - not even sure why they bother to advertise it. Everything from the vending machines was either stale or flat. As a stop off point with two kids between Tennessee and New Jersey it was a complete waste of money. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. ”

“We have stayed at this location a number of times because of value received for the price paid. Always clean and more than just the necessities. You could actually cook in the kitchen, which has a full sized fridge. Not luxurious, but quite nice accommodations.”

“The room was fairly clean, the staff was hard to find someone at the desk, The kitchen lady was AMAZING! She was so friendly and made sure there was plenty of food out for everyone. We were excited to use the pool. Upon arrival and checking it out, It was green with algae growing and a film on top. So that was extremely disappointing. ”

“I was woken up multiple times throughout the night because of the drug addicts, arguing and yelling. My car was actually hit in the middle of the night, captured all on my dash cam. There’s piles of dog crap because people don’t know how to clean up after their dog. No blow dryer. The room definitely does not look like the picture. “I booked this hotel because it said it had a breakfast buffet and a restaurant on site. Both were not true. The only thing they offered in the lobby was coffee.”

“Probably my most unusual stay at a hotel. Check-in was smooth overall. However, when I walked into the room it felt damp and smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. I had to prop the windows open and get the fan on and it only helped the smell slightly. My biggest mistake was walking down the hallway in flip-flops and no socks (this is important). WRT the responsiveness of requests for additional pillows or servicing of our rooms - didn't happen. The furniture in the room was old and marred up. I will never stay there again and recommend others do the same.”
