“The first day in the room, we noticed the toilet didn’t flush properly. You had to flush multiple times for the tissue to go down. The second day, toilet overflowed causing the whole room to flood. We (3 of us) had to quickly grab our thing and exit the room. We were then placed in an handicap accessible room. The bed in that room was literally 6-8 inches from the floor. “I booked an ADA suite for my parents, who are both in wheelchairs, and it was absolutely perfect for them! This suite was big and spacious and thoughtfully constructed. The amenities were accommodating, and the staff was very professional. Highly recommend this hotel!”
