“Unfortunately this was not the best experience. Towels had hairs embedded in them. When we went to exchange them at the front desk, they were about to give us towels with longer hairs. At least the employee caught it and went back for a third try. The tub had some mold. The food had no flavor. And breakfast started at 7. We had a tournament one of the days and had to leave before 7 so we didn’t even get to eat one of the days. One elevator broke. Only one luggage cart available. We...

“The room was just like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. I will be staying here for every visit.”

“Cockroach in the room, the bathroom fan was not working, breakfast was very disappointing. Will not return.”

“Bedroom ceiling leaked terribly. Staff wouldn’t change rooms. Also the laundry never works. Cracks in ceilings, dirty bathroom, especially in the corners of the room, and the shower, half the lights do not work.”

“I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The manager and his employees are always friendly and go out of their way to ensure there are no concerns. The hotel is very clean and quiet.”

“We had a handicapped suite with the no curb shower. The curtain needs to be a little longer as the shower sprayer went onto the floor.”

“We only stayed one night but extremely close to Potomac Mills Mall. Nice outdoor pool even though we do did not get to use it. Free continental breakfast was very nice, eggs, toast, danishes. Plentiful parking. If we were to go to Potomac Mills to go shopping again we would definitely stay here.”

“From the moment I walked in, the vibes were off. The front desk staff did not greet me and acted as if I was being a burden by being there. Gave me two rooms like I had booked and initially would not accommodate them being on the same floor but after a minute they were able to find adjacent rooms?Both rooms were dirty , smelled like marijuana and the sofa beds either had dirty grime on them or blood stains and hair from a previous guest on the blanket. “I was a little disappointed when upon exiting the shower I opened a towel to find it yellow with brown steaks. I reported to the front desk upon leaving and she was very responsive. I have stayed many times with this company I hope this was just a mishap. I do enjoy everything about this hotel company.”
