“Loved the room, my daughter loved breakfast every day, we found bed to be too soft and pillows way too soft. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Overall we had a great stay!”

“I booked a king room and was given a queen handicapped accessible. When i complained, i was told there were no other rooms available. The room was awkward and thw beds small”

“This place was horrible on getting to the front door there were a few men hanging out, on the first night the bed sheets had nasty stains. My husband was bitten upon checking it was by BED BUGS management pretended not to know! They gave us a full refund and asked us not to put a negative review 🙃 ”

“My room was never cleaned while I was there. I got a clean set of towels on night 5. I asked the day staff for help. He had been sleeping and didn’t care. The new carpet is nice but isn’t being vacuum. Flossers lay in the hallway all week. If you want your trash taken you put it in the hallway because they don’t clean the rooms daily.”

Was turned off when we found a large bug in the room, but staff was very quick and efficient in getting it handled immediately. The front door deadbolt didn't lock other than the clip lock. Pool was foggy, which scared us from usong it. The TVs wouldn't turn on or off easily and the phone didn't work. Otherwise it was a great stay. ”

“My dad and I stayed here because it was close to the National Museum of the Marine Corps. That is the hotel's only redeeming quality. I also chose the hotel because it had a handicap accessible room, but I don't think we got one because the beds were much too high and there wasn't a grab bar in the shower. The hotel in general isn't handicap friendly because there are 3 sets of doors separating the outside and the elevator, without a door opener in sight. The mattresses were hard and I rotated...
