“A lot of mold on the shower curtain. Clearly, the curtain hasn't been cleaned for a very long time because mold does not form from one day of not cleaning. There was no body lotion in the room either”

“We stayed this past weekend for my daughter's softball tournament. Multiple families on the team stayed as well. All the rooms smelled strongly of weed. The rooms were not cleaned well and multiple locks were broken. Two of the families who were staying with us had to move rooms multiple because of locks being broken, mattresses dirty/stained (almost looked like it was in a flood) yellow stain on the bottom of the mattress that extended upward. “Pillows might as well have been nonexistent. Breakfast was a joke - not even sure why they bother to advertise it. Everything from the vending machines was either stale or flat. As a stop off point with two kids between Tennessee and New Jersey it was a complete waste of money. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. ”

“The water was shut off to my room without notice. When I asked the front desk clerk, the maintenance worker was there and gave a dismissive answer when I asked when it would be restored. Overall the front desk clerk (Mike) and maintenance person were dismissive, if not curt about the incident. When the water was finally turned back on there was quite a bit of water - hammer causing debris to come from the faucett.”

“Staff was excellent but manger was use less and not helpful or friendly because of the manger I will never stay thier again and I was always a repeat visitor”

“Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly but...

“Heater did not work. It kept blowing cold air. They wouldn’t call maintenance to look at it. I was cold all night. Toilet had hardwater stains that looked unsightly and unhygienic ”
