“Room was clean. Heating/AC unit rattled constantly while heating, was fine while running. Parking lot was posted "park at your own risk." Not exactly reassuring, consider putting the parking lot under camera surveillance and posting as such.”

“The sofa bed is so worn and very uncomfortable. Needed towels, asked the front desk clerk at 8am, she said had to wait until 8:30…..asked again at 9:30, she said not ready they will bring to the room…..checked out at 10:30 and still did not receive the towels. The front desk clerk was somewhat rude when I asked for change to use the washer and dryer….said you can try across the street. The breakfast staff was very polite and friendly. ”

“The hotel was not in an area where there were a lot of shopping or restaurants nearby. There were a few, but it was not in a metropolitan area - which was fine for us. We were going to visit friends nearby and then to Washington DC for a visit. The outdoor pool was closed, unfortunately. Breakfast was just okay. Processed eggs were fine, if you aren't picky.
