“I booked an ADA suite for my parents, who are both in wheelchairs, and it was absolutely perfect for them! This suite was big and spacious and thoughtfully constructed. The amenities were accommodating, and the staff was very professional. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“Loved the room, my daughter loved breakfast every day, we found bed to be too soft and pillows way too soft. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Overall we had a great stay!”

“Springhill Suites by Marriott failed to meet our expectations, even during a brief stay. Despite claiming to only service rooms on the second night, they neglected to clean or pick up our room the second night. The shower was a major disappointment; the water pressure was nonexistent, resembling a gentle sprinkle. We had booked the room for four people—two adults and two girls. However, the hotel provided insufficient towels for our shower needs. There were only two towels and two washcloths,...

“The reviews were strong and the price was great but this place needs a major update. Furniture is severely worn and bathroom needs a renovation. Also, is the neighborhood that bad you need to keep the front door locked during the daytime? And you need your key card to use the elevator? It wasn’t worth the savings.”

“I have stayed here before and the room was clean and I felt comfortable. Parking was great and I felt safe . There was A Bug this time however it was only 1 the room felt clean . When I was leaving the staff at front desk looked horrified when I shared . He said he would address it right away. Everything else was fine I recommend !!!!”

“The staff were fantastic and attentive to any request or issue we may had. The cable in our room was not working when we got into the room, it just needed to be plugged in no issue.”
