“Beautiful facilities. I was there for a conference for blind and visually impaired people. The staff was well educated on how to assist and communicate with all of us in a kind and respectful manner.”

“I booked this hotel because the website stated the pool was open May through September. When I arrived that evening with 2 excited kids, we were told the pool did not open until the END of May. I am certain guests would like to know when this amenity is and is not available before booking.”

“I didn't have breakfast. The hotel is fairly clean. The front desk staff that checked me in was friendly and quick. The reason I subtracted a star was due to no elevator ”

He then changed the room to one down the hall. It was fine and no more noise. The hotel is old but the rooms are OK. It's my rating of average for Tulsa, OK. I will look for another hotel next time with a better breakfast offering.”
