“I didn't have breakfast. The hotel is fairly clean. The front desk staff that checked me in was friendly and quick. The reason I subtracted a star was due to no elevator ”

“I booked this hotel because the website stated the pool was open May through September. When I arrived that evening with 2 excited kids, we were told the pool did not open until the END of May. I am certain guests would like to know when this amenity is and is not available before booking.”

“Staff were friendly..the property was clean. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants.”

“Room had a musty smell. Ice machine was out of order on one floor and another floor ice machine gave total of 10 ice cubes. Breakfast was from 6-9am and I was down there at 8:40, they were out of most things.. banana, yogurt, muffins… upon asking the staff they said they are out of it.”

“​I want to give a massive shout-out to Dylan, the manager, and Chris, the maintenance guy, for providing the best service I’ve ever received at a Hilton property. ​I originally checked into an economy suite booked through Expedia, only to find the room occupied by fentanyl addicts. Despite Expedia breaking their own policies and leaving me completely stranded, the team at Home2 Suites stepped up. They took care of me in the most respectable way possible and turned a nightmare situation...

“The faucet had to be two hands to turn on and off. Too stiff to turn off if elderly or disabled. Breakfast was great!”

“Breakfast is below average and would not depend on eating there again. My room AC had a very noisy sound coming from the AC. The guy at the front desk came up and looked at it. He then changed the room to one down the hall. It was fine and no more noise. The hotel is old but the rooms are OK. It's my rating of average for Tulsa, OK. I will look for another hotel next time with a better breakfast offering.”
