Hotel vicino a Cinemark Broken Arrow - Tulsa

“Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean, everything worked (hair dryer, tv, coffee maker, frig, ac). Two big towels, but one wash cloth and one hand towel. Easy access, seemed to be a safe area. Pleased with my choice!”

“One of the worst stay ever. Rooms were filthy, 1st room assigned toliet was loose, barely attached to the floor. Second room, keys would not open the door, multiple trips to lobby to try to get in the room. Maintenance finally opened the door and said he would replace the batteries, never did. Each return to room required multiple trips to lobby to gain entrance. Housekeeping never cleaned the room, never replaced towels etc, which required more trips to lobby. Elevators were broken (2) only...

“theres no kitchen, a refrig and micro, i parked near the stairs and was left a note in the am that im not to park there and i will be towed, this was my first night. the doors dont close properly, security is an issue”

“Stayed 3 nights and everything was good. Breakfast was great! Eggs and sausage. Toaster was a little slow. Lol. I will stay here again next time I am in Tulsa. ”

“We arrived at 8 in the evening, and the 2 rooms were not cleaned yet on a Saturday night. So we had to wait after a long day of work. Both rooms were booked with 2 queen beds, but we got single beds. 2 grown up guys had to sleep in one room, one bed. But not enough, at 1 am water started dripping onto the bed from the AC unit. There is no person at the reception, just a phone on the wall… what else can I say. I was expecting Expedia to make the cancellation and refund process easy. We are here...

“This was a nice hotel. Hadn’t stayed at an AVID before but knew it was a part of the Holiday Inn family (IHG). I really liked the 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby that ground the beans for you. I just grabbed a few things for breakfast on the run, but they had several of your typical options: eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Although my stay there wasn’t long (1 night) I would stay there again. ”
