“Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. ”

“Clean rooms, pleasant and very helpful staff, and amenities exactly as described. The location is very convenient, very close to the train station and city center, with easy bus connections. Breakfast is available as an additional package and is well prepared and satisfying.”

“Ich war mit meiner Freundin vom 02.01.2026 bis zum 11.01.2026 in diesem wunderschönen Hotel! Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, modern eingerichtet! Es gibt sogar in jedem Zimmer eine Badewanne! Das Personal so freundlich! Im Restaurant gab es immer sehr leckeres Frühstück, Abendessen und ganz besonders möchten wir erwähnen, das dort ein Mitarbeiter war, sein Name ist Georg und er hat uns sehr nett und freundlich bedient, wusste sogar was wir nach ein paar Tagen am Abend trinken wollten und am letzten...

“There were a number of things that made our stay worth a recommendation for others. Lovely old British-style Inn feel. Easy walk to the underground station. Quiet rooms. Easy check in. Great breakfast. Responsive management. Clean. Toiletries supplied. Teacup big enough for a good cup. Tea, coffee, and milk supplied in room. And the adorable kettle for hot water. “La stanza era pronta per 3 ma alla sera rientrati dal giro per Londra e stanchi abbiamo scoperto che il divano letto non era preparato, arrivato il personale si è scoperto che il divano letto era rotto; quindi ci hanno dovuto cambiare la camera e attendere che ci facessero il terzo letto. La sera successiva abbiamo scoperto che la camera non era stata rifatta…la colazione è ottima, le camere e l’ambiente buono ma il servizio da rivedere totalmente nonostante la gentilezza del personale.”

“Hotel business molto comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Heathrow. Le camere sono dotate di tutti i servizi, compresa una presa europea. Il ristorante ci ha servito una buona cena nel rispetto del distanziamento covid. Passa un autobus ogni ora per raggiungere l'aeroporto (un po' caro, 6 steriline a persona).”
