“Personale molto gentile e, per chi ha bisogno di soggiornare a Uxbridge, situazione ideale. L'hotel è a due passi dalla metro, proprio di fronte, e anche per questo è comodissimo per chi deve spostarsi.”

“Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park.”

“Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. ”

“Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try).”

“Non comodissimo. Bus di fronte 5 minuti e si raggiungono le stazioni metro e poi almeno altri 30 minuti. 2 notti non hanno cambiato le asciugamani né riassestata la camera. Riscaldamento/condizionatore piuttosto rumoroso. Comunque pulito e tutto sommato non male. Letti comodi. ”

I saw the coffee maker in the dining area and was told I would have to make it myself in my room. There was an opened box of cereal and a box of shredded wheat so I was told there would be milk. 3. “High-spec fitout rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The food and drink were of a high standard, as were the spa and gym facilities. The staff were all welcoming and professional.”
