“The breakfast was hot, the staff was extremely friendly, parking was at the hotel, and our room was very clean. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. We noticed the staff continued to clean the entire facility including mopping the driveway entrance. If you needed something and they were able to assist you, they did. We were very impressed. ”

As soon as we walked into the room, we were hit with a very strong, unpleasant odor—it honestly smelled like multiple dogs had been in the space. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the only solution offered was to move us to a smaller room since they didn’t have another comparable option available. “This was our best option for Baytown. The room wasn't very clean though. Hair in the shower and greasy fingerprints on the make up mirror. The bed was comfy and Staff was super sweet.”
