“Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms are very small, slightly larger than a cruise ship cabin, but it is New York. The bathrooms are also very tiny and tight. The bathrooms also have opaque glass on the sliding door that opens right onto the King Bed, which woke my wife up when I would get up to run in the morning. “Very beautiful and well-maintained structure. For the price it is, I would have preferred greater kindness and helpfulness from all the staff. I must say that the lady at check-in was very kind and also the concierge (her name begins with S, for privacy I don't want to say more), but later, when we needed it, we found different people who helped us they gave answers without much enthusiasm and with little empathy.
