“No soap shampoo or conditioner in washroom luckily I carry my own as I travel with a child. Even after requesting never got it refilled!!”

“It is an older building what you lose in age you gain in character. The stairs can be challenging for older people no elevator available. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper and when I called downstairs, I was told I had to come down three flights of stairs to get a roll of toilet paper because no one else was around. We had a room with a shared bathroom, but it worked out just fine with the exception that some people left dirty towels on the floor”

“Room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful. Lobby did not seem as clean as the rooms. Super loud as it is close to the airport. You may wake up feeling as if a plane is landing on your bed.”

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”
