“an old furnished hotel in a very good position in the district, close to Bart and other public transport. the room was not too big but ok and quite clean, with a store room, tv and small fridge and microwave, the bed was small for two person (I was a lone but I booked a double) and furniture and building were very old and needed to be refreshed. It was ok for 3 nights for the price paid in SF”

“Property very good and clean. Well situated and great for 2 people. 10 minutes walk to shpping centre and 15 minutes walk to train on M line. However, side gate needs repair and bangs at night and side path tricky to negotiate. Very low water pressure and could not get hot water to kitchen.”

“The host is very friendly and accessible. The location is great. Nice neighborhood. Conveniently close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, a theater and nice weekend farmers market. To access the unit you have to go up a tiny steep street that most Ubers won’t drive up. The unit itself is one level but there are a lot of stairs to get to the entrance. It’s doable but we had some older family members with us. Bedrooms are spacious. Two of the 4 bathrooms are tight with small...

“Great property! Owner is very accommodating and property well taken care of. Convenient location with easy access to 101 and Stanford. Parking in driveway saves headache of finding parking on the street. Would definitely stay here again.”

“O local é seguro. Limpeza é boa, só o carpete que estava sujo, considerando bebês que poem a mão no chão. Eu viajei com bebê de 10 meses e não tivemos problemas. Banheiro estava limpo. Camas em bom estado. Cafe da manhã padrão. Gostei do hotel, só o preço que não tem jeito pela região.”

“Camera pulita e sufficientemente grande per due persone, con bagno privato - ma sono disponibili anche camere senza bagno. Hotel pulito e in zona centrale, vicino a Market Street. La zona è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e centrale, anche se come tutta San Francisco è un po' afflitta dal problema dei senzatetto. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo a fornire informazioni sulla città. Rapporto qualità presso ottimo.”
