“Booked this hotel for a good amount of 2 weeks for my family travelling from abroad. They almost felt like home, with a utility kitchen, things were so much easier. All the utilities are new. Room service was very prompt. Receptionists were very friendly as well explaining the charging during check in and check out. Laundry, gym and roof top access are top notch amenities they offer. And my family mentioned complementary breakfast was good too. Would highly recommend someone visiting San Jose....

“Good breakfast, nice room. My room was too dark, no natural light could go into the room from the window, bad positioning. There is nothing interesting out of the hotel, is a strategic place just to work and to get the Freeway. Gym ok You have to ask for room cleaning art least one day before. I still have to figure out why the hotel charged me additional price”

“Everything was awesome, the only thing wrong was that there were 2 individuals smoking mariguana in the parking lot and by the room that we were staying also smell like if someone was smoking the same thing. My friend has asthma and she was having trouble breathing. ”

“Age and the staff was very helpful they will be starting renovations soon they have just purchased this property and have many plans on keeping the original entry and the old elevator also. Owner was on site and is a part of San Francisco culture and plan on keeping it that way according to them ”

Unica pecca è che gli infissi sono datati ed entrava freddo e rumore, e le tende non oscuravano completamente la camera. Il riscaldamento anche esso datato, era rumoroso ma funzionava bene.”

"L’hotel è molto carino, a due passi da Union Square e ben collegato con i mezzi. Il deposito richiesto è un po’ alto e ci vogliono diversi giorni dopo il check out per averlo sbloccato. Lo staff è disponibile e molto gentile. Al secondo piano ci sono diversi servizi a disposizione degli ospiti tra cui un distributore d’acqua, il bollitore e le lavatrici e asciugatrici a pagamento. Decisamente consigliato."

"Al momento del check in la ragazza alla reception non trovava la prenotazione e ci ha chiesto di contattare la piattaforma da cui avevamo prenotato. Dopo circa una mezz’ora ha trovato i nostri dati e ci ha registrati, scusandosi per il disagio. Ci ha offerto la colazione per il disguido. Tutto sommato hanno gestito bene il problema. "

"Stanza pulita e discretamente spaziosa, molto simpatico il “menù” da cui poter scegliere i cuscini! Bagno completo di tutto il necessario. Nella hall sono presenti un distributore d’acqua, caffè, tè, biscotti e frutta! Noi avevamo una stanza sul retro quindi molto silenziosa. Comodo anche il servizio di deposito bagagli. "

"Breakfast is very limited. Just coffee, without any milk (incredible!), and tea. No juices, or yogurth, neither else. Cakes and pastries are instead very good. More, at the end of the stay, they charge 20 dollars per day which includes the use of swimming pool, etc., even in case you are there for reasons of work and you never used these facilities. Absurd, this is a fraud."

"Hotel in buona zona, di recente ristrutturazione. Personale molto disponibile e gentile, procedure per l'accesso moderne (ti mandano una mail con il codice, che poi consente sia l'accesso all'hotel che alla camera). Nel link sono anche comprese tutte le procedure e i dettagli del servizio, e anche una panoramica della zona, dove sono presenti bar e ristoranti in abbondanza. A breve distanza le fermate dei mezzi. "
