“Per il check in anticipato mi hanno chiesto $25! Scandaloso!! Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. Negativo. Peccato perché la struttura è accogliente e pulita. ”

“Housekeeping was not good, would come in and change towels and that’s it. Floors weren’t swept which was not good for a beach resort, sand gets everywhere.

“There is very limited parking except for the $15.00 valet. If you dont pay for valet you may have to walk a 1/4 mile from the "overflow" lot to your room. Meanwhile there was 20 empty parking spots within 50 feet of the front door designated for valet only. They told me I have a designated parking spot but they couldn't remove the car in my spot when the lot was full. When I finally got a place to park the next morning I found beach sand on all the cars parked there. They had swept off the 2nd...

“So, to be honest we were a little skeptical because it was an older building. I must say this property was excellent. The rooms have been redone. The staff was super helpful and amazing. The lady doing the breakfast Ms. Linda was the best breakfast attendant I’d ever had. She spoke to everyone and was very helpful to families with children. It was basically like having our own personal server. We will be back. Good bang for your buck.”

“The property overall was nice. Staff were excellent and welcoming. Our room was great, right by the pool, only complaint was there floors were a bit dirty. Our kids were walking around barefoot in the room and their feet would turn brown. I told room service and they got on it immediately. The room service staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure the kids were happy! Beautiful property with lots of games for the kiddos, and a big pool. The pool could’ve been cleaned more...

“For a downtown high-rise hotel, it only has 16 parking spaces -- otherwise guests are left to hunt for street parking or public pay-by-the-hour lots (which may go way up in price at event times like baseball games, soccer games, etc.). The hotel has no general TV service, only a unit on the wall for guests to use for their streaming apps (which did absolutely no good for my elderly parents who wanted to watch the NBA Finals game on network TV).
