“We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is small and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were lucky to have a jacuzzi installed while there and used it a few times. Very clean plus the coffee was delicious. We had problems with our AC the last 2 nights we were there but the staff quickly offered us a new room to sleep in. The cleaning staff always left our room super clean. The only thing I wish we had was a small refrigerator in our room. The stairs are a great way to get your exercise...

“I recently stayed in a clean, comfortable room with a quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed, and well-functioning amenities (Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, and a neat bathroom). Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and check‑in/out was smooth. What made the stay exceptional was Marisa at the front desk she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, offering local tips and promptly handling a room request so I felt immediately welcomed. Overall a warm, reliable hotel experience I’d happily return to.”

“Staff is excellent- this is not about them. Rooms are pretty low grade in that they really need to be re painted- patches every where. The headboards for the beds don’t match the size of the bed: king size bed with queen size headboard. Could only get lukewarm water in the shower- was never hot. They did prepare breakfast fresh which is great. The photos on Expedia show this place under much better lighting conditions and filters- the upstairs rooftop tub of water- I think only children would...

“The hotel is located right on the river, I had a room with a view. It is in a very nice area, full of shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, the room was clean and cosy with all possible comforts. The hotel stuff is extremely caring and warm. I would definitely go back if I visit Puerto Vaillarta again. Highly recommended.”
