“This hotel is wonderful! The people working there are very friendly and kind. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, air conditioning and breakfast is included. The property is well maintained, beautiful, and full of gorgeous plants. There is a rooftop pool and lounge area with a view of the ocean. I’m looking forward to visiting this hotel again!”

“The gym was well appointed and very clean. We didn't go to the bar but it looked well stocked and staffed. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day and was light and airy. Good A/C and overhead fan.Nice balcony overlooking the outside dining area. The staff are amazing. ”

“Amazing ocean views from our room. Ideal sunsets every night. View for fireworks off the pirate ship. Staff was so nice, accommodating, helpful on directions, arranging cabs, and local food spots. Property was very clean and our rooms were also kept clean! Daily breakfast was served and we were able to pick any items off the menu. “The hotel is located right on the river, I had a room with a view. It is in a very nice area, full of shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, the room was clean and cosy with all possible comforts. The hotel stuff is extremely caring and warm. I would definitely go back if I visit Puerto Vaillarta again. Highly recommended.”

“The staff are extremely amenable. The building interior is extremely clean and tidy. The room was well kept and comfortable. It's close to the Malecon, the heart of the action as it were. Got to see whales/dolphins in the water from our view. ”

“Yes except no stuff to wash dishes or wipe counters. The room with cleaning supplies only had trash bags and cleaning products not a way to wash dishes or wipe counters. But overall excellent check in service and clean friendly atmosphere ”
