We had just arrived at the room and turned on the tv in the living room and a couple of minutes after turning it on, we heard a pop and the tv stopped working. I had an issue with my room and the staff and owners were so quick to take care of me, I have never been in a hotel that was so guest forward. They even left greeting cards with your names on them! “The bathroom had a big ball of black hair in the shower. The pool/hot tub area was filthy with leaves, old socks and trash that needed emptied. There was a lot of leaves in the pool and the hot tub didn’t perform adequately.”
