“We stayed only 1 night and we stayed in a deluxe double room. Was very clean and comfortable beds. Nice that it is on the river and has nice porch overlooking the river. Also has a small pool. It is an older building, but you can tell they try to keep it up well. ”

“Location is ideal for canyon lake. I had trouble with the lock when I first arrived and the owner was reachable and helpful. Unfortunately the room was less than ideal and did not look like the pictures on expedia. It smelled moldy and musty, the shower had significant amounts of mildew/mold. As a solo woman traveler I would have appreciated a more secure room. The owner has access to the room and there is no internal lock to feel more secure. “The 2 course breakfast was great. I had a breath taking view of the lake from different points in the house which was exactly what I wanted. The host was also great and very welcoming. The room I had was creatively curated down to the sinks and rugs. It was a great experience. I will coming back for sure. I rate this 10/10. ”

“It was a horrible experience staff not friendly rooms dirty mattresses had bed bugs sheets had blood stains, roaches in the restroom doors doesn’t even close right doesn’t even feel safe the only thing that was good was enjoying a pool indoors I asked for pool towels the lady was giving me dirty towels it was just a terrible experience. When I booked it was a photo of the studio 6 building and was giving I the hotel 6 never again ”

“They charge me 75 dollars deposit and they don’t give me back they ask me to clean the room to get my deposit back! I never come back to that place! They only partial clean my room once a week ”

“Wifi never worked. Wasted two days here Tile floor broken in several areas and would pop. No soap or shampoo. Was looking forward to staying, but was disapponted. Owners seem ok, but no help. I really wanted to like this place, but didnt work for me.”

Me and my fiancé enjoyed are time here, it was nice, quiet, peaceful & was close to all the places we were visiting nearby. The property manager was also so kind, helpful, and communicative. “Be prepared: sauna doesn’t work, loud music played at pool until 8pm and heard in our room, room a little larger than bed-no chairs, WiFi barely functional, cell service 1 bar, contactless completely-no staff apparent.”
