“The room looked adequate for a low level hotel in the add. It was presentable but looked like it had cheap landlord fixes everywhere. Upon arrival we noticed the air conditioner leaking heavily and the carpet was soaked. We mentioned it to the staff and all they did was offer us an ice bucket to catch the water. “I opened the microwave and cockroach came running out. We immediately went down I35 a little way and got a room at another place. Motel 6 was filthy. The bed came over with the Spanish on the Santa Maria. The microwave was ancient too. Never stay at Motel 6”

“The place was acceptable as far as cleaning , whoever the cleaners are don’t really do a thorough job. After we washed our clothes we realized the dryers don’t work. Seems like the heating element doesn’t work. Despite those details we loved the place. ”
