“We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection.”

“Very clean room, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, the pancake machine wasnt working properly. But hey theres an ihop nearby. Parking was good, there was always a spot available. In a great location and convenient to get to alot of locations”

“I didn’t drive so I can’t comment on parking. Room is nice. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good, same thing everyday. But the coffee is very weak and lukewarm all the time, I think they should just put one of those automatic coffee machines that grind the coffee by order that way it will be fresh hot and strong. That’s really the only thing I can complain about. ”

“Staff was good. No front desk after hours. No housekeeping unless you’re staying for weeks. WiFi for only 1 device per room. Other than that the room was very nice.”

“Te he rooms are big and nice. Overall clean rooms, and hotel. The staff on the other hand terrible! From check in to check out no customer service whatsoever. They are rude and laugh at their guests. They are bothered you ask questions and that you are there at all.”

“Room looked new and had plenty of space with every amenity that we needed. The breakfast bar was spectacular as were the Texas shaped waffles! We will definitely visit again.”

“When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!”

“Horrible staff manager was in flip flops no name tag, and he cancelled our reservation since we came late without proper communication. He doesn’t want to work. I’m reconsidering Hilton now and their standards.”
