“Hotel tenuto bene, ordinato e pulito”

“semi new. good condition overall but the outside was a little dirty, It was difficult to see and find from the road. A lot of trees and buildings and a maze parking lot to get to the hotel.”

“Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.”

“Siamo rinato altri 2 giorno in più alla prenotazione e non so sono preoccupati di pulire la camera una volta. Mai cambiato le lenzuola e pure gli asciugamano. Mai svuotato i cestini. Siamo rinato senza carta igienica senza sapone e senza shampoo ..... non credo meriti più di quello che abbiamo votato. Brutto posto.”

“Only area was laundry on site needed repair but a really nice one was close.The staff were great and helpful”

“We were turned off immediately when checking in. The gentleman working the front desk was dirty like he hadn’t bathed in days. Then the woman that was to come in and replace him called and said she was going to be late so he started weirdly ranting about how she didn’t want to get on his bad side because he was her boss. We had 5 people in our family yet only 2 towels. We tried calling the front desk for more but they didn’t answer. I went downstairs to get towels and no one was there but...

“Decent stay. Manager (red hair) was extremely nice and helpful! My room had a “wet towel” smell and my pillows smelt the same. Not a terrible stay but not the best.”

“Excellent minus the mid guidance of where the washer and dryer are located unless I miss heard staff.”

“Pool wasn't heated too cold to swim in in summer”

“The rooms were very clean and spacious with good A/c regulation. Staff was nice and helpful, free spring water was provided on check in and out.”

“Room had roaches and bathroom door didn't shut all the way. Also had what looks like a cigarette burn in mattress and also smelled like old cigarettes. The staff was nice considering how late we got there. Staff was cool room was yikes”
