“Beautiful property but the buildings are dated and there is no elevator. Bed was comfortable and the room was large with a great balcony. The lack of an elevator is keeping me from staying there again.”

“MAIN CONCERN IS CLEANLINESS , WE FOUND DUST EVERYWHERE . LOOK LIKE THEY DID NOT VACCUM THE ROOM AFTER THE PREVIOUS CLIENT LEFT. EVEN ON THE WALK WAY AND ELEVATOR WE CAN SEE DIRT EVERYWHERE”

“Excellent staff and a courtesy early check-in is always nice. The room is a fine suite with consistency throughout the franchise. Brreakfast had many choices, and here is how my choices panned out: Eggs - just fine. Sausage Link - like rubber. Sausage Sliced (kielbasa?) - Just fine. 1/4 Waffle Piece - rubbery (which I found amazing). Oatmeal - just fine. Like I said, there was a lot of choices so I'm sure you'll find many things to your liking.”

“Was a last minute decision. I was very satisfied with the pricing, cleanliness, hot water, comfy bed......but,,,, the breakfast was the worst ive ever experienced at an IHG property. No selection very minimal choices, crappy eggs no fruit and definitely not the IHG standards that I have become accustomed to. I threw away 90% of my plate. On a final positive thought, Coffee machine was excellent though.”

“Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.”

“Overall the stay was okay. The room temp was great and the beds were comfy. Staff was nice upon arrival. There was a bug in one of our beds. We brought it up to the front desk and we were offered an ice cream as a compromise. We asked for management to reach out to us and never heard from them. We brought it up again at checkout and they said “that would never happen here.” Asked again for a manager to reach out and still nothing. We had 7 guests in our room and had 1 towel in the bathroom....

“Hotel was nice clean and quiet. Bar was good. Advertised restaurant wasn't a restaurant, basically a quick grill that was out of hamburgers and pizza toppings. Only thing available was cold sandwiches. Pool nice and clean. Good location.”
