“We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection.”

“I had high hopes for this hotel for its exceptional 9.4 star rating but unfortunately, the cons far outweigh the pros. Pros: Safe location (within shopping plaza); very spacious rooms with separate living/couch area; very comfortable beds with plush clean sheets; breakfast was good but I did wish the food was warmer -- for some reason the temp was pretty low. Cons: Both bedside lightings did not work; the telephone was dead (bye bye room service); BOTH outlets on the bedside table did not...

“The rooms are clean. The ladies work hard to keep it clean. The area has an Olive Garden right across which was nice. The only thing we didn’t like and the most important is the check in counter staff. They are all terrible, not just one all of them they should get trained to do better. It was bad. They are rude and they start laughing at patrons and they have no customer service skills.”

“Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed.”

“When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!”

“This place has made some severe cut back to save a buck. Rooms are dirty, full of flies, hair on walls and linens, discoloration in tables and floor, shower door doesn't close, found a roach on the wall. They painted over certian spots on the walls and left the rest another color and the walls and baseboards have never been cleaned, mold in the bathroom. And for your sitting pleasure you get a piece of a sectional :). Oh and the pool is a nice shade of puke green. Very dirty place to stay. ”
