Hotel vicino a Cypress Creek - Austin

“Hotel tenuto bene, ordinato e pulito”

“The breakfast was outstanding!”

“Water pressure was weak and the fridge didn't work. Had to throw out all of our lunch meat and cheese for lunches and snacks. When we went to the front desk to tell them they said they would put a work order in with maintenance. Never asked us to switch rooms or never got a working fridge in our 3 day stay. Probably never going to use hampton again. Never offered anything for there inconvenience. Very disappointed..”

“Great staff and location. Would stay there again.”

“Camera confortevole in ottima struttura. Buona scelta di ristoranti nelle vicinanza.”

“I want to thank Steven he was so polite to help me book my hotel because of his courtesy I decided to shook this hotel.”

“Great stay”

“Basically in new condition. New and clean rooms. Great place to stay”

“The staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom hook missing so no where to hang a towel. The bathroom light fixture was even partially pulled off the wall. My room only had a lamp on one of the bedside tables, and it flickered. When I arrived it looked like the room had been cleaned, but there were still hair balls on the floor.”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
