Hotel vicino a Bear's Best Golf Club - Las Vegas

“The hotel is located in an excellent area of Summerlin and right off the highway. The staff was very helpful for all needs and the free breakfast was excellent as well. Maintenance of the hotel could have been better including the room bathrooms needed updated with minor wallpaper peeling. Other than these small things, it was a great hotel and I would stay here again with no hesitance.”

“Pagata meno della metà delle structure Sulla strip, ma molto più bella. Pulita, con tutti I comfort, parcheggio gratuito (miraculous), assolutamente consigliato”

“La struttura nel complesso non è male. Ha a disposizione diversi bar, un grande casino e con la navetta metro gratis che connette all Excalibur. La camera non era male nella torre ma la verità avevo fatto richiesta di housekeeping durante il soggiorno per la pulizia della camera e durante 6 giorni non sono mai venuti a riordinare o pulire quindi per me una nota dolente. ”

“Good Location, cleaning service is not excellent ( room was not cleaned for 1 day) and lot of extras have been charged to the final bill without reason”

“La struttura è carina ed accogliente, la posizione non è un granché, in linea d’aria è vicinissima al centro di Las Vegas ma a piedi sono necessari una quarantina di minuti e bisogna passare sopra la strada di collegamento e fare un giro lungo (almeno quando siamo andati noi.. ma c’erano anche dei lavori a complicare il tutto).. quindi l’auto è (quasi) necessaria ”

“I've prepaid my room for 1 night, aware of a surcharge of approximately 53 euro as a resort fee, and I was charged 113 euro in fact. They haven't sent me any invoice via email, even after my requests. Now, they reply with automated messages to all my messages, no way to chat with a human. A real shame”

“Hotel non nuovissimo ma di un livello eccellente, camere pulite , piscina dove sopra passano le montagne russe fantasrica! Personale efficiente e cordiale. Casino enorme , sala giochi, ristoranti di tutti i tipi aperti praticamente 24/24, negozi …insomma di tutto e di più. Un peccato finire il soggiorno in questa struttura favolosa!!!”

“Altho the technology of the place was a bit much for Us.....it definitely meets this new generations expertise (lol) Check in was so easy. The staff that we came in contact was friendly and willing to help. Quiet & Loved the privacy entrance. Bedroom had no Internet connection but the tub made up for that. “Sconsiglio di andare in questa struttura in questo periodo perché stanno facendo i lavori di ristrutturazione, la piscina si può usare solo per qualche ora e il personale alla reception non è il massimo e il Wi-Fi non prende bene ”
