“Mancava il microonde nella camera che invece era previsto nella prenotazione . Il gestore non ha risposto alla mia richiesta e non ha risposto neanche a Expedia che ha provato a contattarlo . In pratica non esiste un referente a cui porre le domande , esiste solo un recapito per incassare il denaro . Le fotografie che appaiono sulla loro pagina non corrispondono alla realtà . “The view of Seneca lake is priceless /spectacular. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfy- had everything you need. There are 3 different levels that provide views to the lake. I think I would have liked the balconies best but I chose the suite which was nice. Note this is an older hotel that has been remodeled, and I found no issues at all.
