“Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The view of the locks was incredible, and watching ships pass through was such a unique experience - could view right from your own balcony. The inn is older but clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. Friendly staff made check-in easy and welcoming.”

“An average motel. Good for short stays, also has a pool which is not a bad thing if you spend time here during summer.”

“Let me start by saying the facility is nice and clean. Unfortunately the TV was not plugged in (which took a while to figure out) and then the remote didn't work unless it was right up to the set (in other words it wouldn't work from the couch). A call to the emergency number was never returned. We went to watch in the common area and that TVs remote had no battery at all (perhaps another renter needed the batteries which I couldn't obtain in the middle of the night). Worst of all THERE...

“We are local and come to BW pretty often! It was extremely crowded and the pool had a line up for the majority of our stay, so kids were pretty disappointed. I also don’t appreciate getting charged $20 extra a night to park our car, especially as a local!”

“I have photos of how dirty the blinds were in the bathroom, Black spots all over them and dust completely covering them. Disgusting. The tv isn’t even facing the beds it’s facing a wall n bar table. Opposite of your bed and it doesn’t even rotate to face the bed. Honestly disappointed with this place sadly. Lobby is beautiful that’s it. ”

Fatto presente al checkout, il personale si è rivelato molto disponibile e ha corretto. Siamo però ancora in attesa dell' accredito sul conto corrente ”
