“We had a courtyard room and yet it was one of my most quiet hotel experiences. Plenty of safety measures for the pool so we felt confident letting our little one play on the playground and mini golf without hovering. Heavy doors separate the courtyard and rest of hotel so I never felt afraid of my child bolting into something dangerous. Poolside bar was closed but the restaurant food was amazing. Front desk staff was consistently helpful without being intrusive.

“Staff are rude, took 45 min for someone to come fix our tv the first night and we had to tell him to not be so rude. Second night tv didn't work again so had to wait again for it to be fixed. Would t answer the phone when we called the front desk.
Holes in the wall beside where the ac is so you can hear everything from outside. Towels are toddler sized. Say they are dog friendly but they are not!! ”

“Me and my wife booked here for our anniversary trip. And I must say, it was the right call.
Location was good, it wasn’t too far away from the main strip of Niagara Falls Falls, (about 4 blocks away). So it was still in walking distance, which was nice. They have free parking at the property, which is nice, so you can keep your car there if you want to walk.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They always kept the rooms, nice and clean, and Rosanna was there to make us breakfast...
