Newly renovated, dog-friendly, 5 minute walk to town!

This historic home has been fully renovated to offer all the commodities of a modern household while retaining the Beechworth charm of a historic home.

Quiet location yet only a 2 minute walk from Ford Street with heaps of off street parking.

This immaculate home is bright and spacious with light-filled modern living and generous bedrooms.

The large master suite enjoys a stunning en suite with floor to ceiling tiles and a large walk-in robe. The second bedroom is equally as grand and is fitted with double built in robes, as is bedroom three.

A cleverly designed central bathroom with a separate toilet provides added convenience.

Your new kitchen combines a stylish 2-pak finish with timber benchtops, a walk-in pantry, and brand new appliances, including a double drawer dishwasher.

Year-round comfort is assured with a ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling unit, plus the benefit of extra ceiling insulation.

The outside has not been overlooked. With separate veranda areas on all four sides of the home, you can follow the sun. Not to mention, a handy carport for off-street parking.

This delightful home is a literally minutes' walk from everything Beechworth, including the Murray to Mountain Rail Trail, Silver Creek and Lake Sambell, plus our award-winning restaurants and retail shopping strip.

Please note that for your security we have two outdoor security cameras: 1- one in the verandah close to the front door 2- in the back for the property close to the carpark.

We had a wonderfully time travelling to all towns in the area. My ex did a lot the metal roofs on the Falls Creek and Bright areas. So was lovely travelling around we will be back in the summer for a couple of weeks to stay in same place it was a real holiday and able to walk everywhere.

Great stay

A friend and I stayed at this lovely house with my 13 year old dog Millie. It was clean and welcoming, lovely to sit on the wrap around verandah at all times of the day as you could follow the sun. The position is outstanding- 250m from the Ox and Hound restaurant which we loved. We parked the car and walked everywhere. We will be back!

Seven night stay

Lovely cottage just what we were expecting. Plumbing needs looking at in bathrooms as water ponds and very slow running away. Cottage interior nicely renovated with quality fittings. My only criticism being the exterior garden and grounds being very untidy requires a good clean up .

This is the place you want to stay in Beechworth

We couldn't have been happier with this accomodation. We arrived with two dogs for a short stay and found everything to be perfect. It was a 2 minute walk to Bridge Road Brewery and a 5 minute walk to Beechworth Bakery. The house is spotless and the yard size was great for the dogs. Christian was a pleasure to deal with, as well. We will be back.

Great Location

Great location close to shops & attractions. The house was just perfect light & bright beautifully decorated with verandah nearly all the way round off street parking with carport. Large open plan lounge kitchen dining. Christian couldn't be more helpful hope to stay again.

Had a great time, we had one dog staying with us, the garden needs some attention . Teddy is poodle so seeds, with garden over grown,he needed brushing each day. But not complaining, we had the best time, beautiful house. Thankyou
