“There was no ceiling in the hallway, and was dark and smelled like mold. Rooms were very dated, but clean. Definitely checked for bedbugs, I think it was ok. Hopefully. There was a strange mechanical noise outside my room that sounded like a viking war bugle. And that was worse than the throng of drunks outside my window from the bar. Thankfully I had earplugs with me, managed to sleep ok, but I slept with my clothes on.”

“Didn’t appreciate the $100 damage deposit collected at check-in. Sure its returned but at the bank’s timing, not the hotel’s. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, in a lot of different countries and haven’t encountered this before. Also in our room, found a sticky mess on floor beside the bed. We won’t be back.”

“Super 8 advertises free breakfast with your stay, but the breakfast service during our stay was sadly lacking. The eggs, bacon and sausage were coming out one at a time and cold. The bread cupboard was empty and we had to ask for more bread for toast. Pancake machine was broken. I have had very good breakfasts at other locations, but the weekend we stayed was far from satisfactory.”

“Unexpected pleasure to stay there. I booked a room to sleep a night on my across Canada drive. The hot tub and comfy bed gave me a good night sleep. The night here replenished me and my husband. Thanks you, Cindy!”

“Very friendly service at check-in. The front desk staff were very caring. They checked in on every guest to ensure that they are comfortable and had no issue. They provided website links for all guests to use if they needed assistance. Breakfast was the best of all the other hotels I stayed at during my trip.
