“Didn’t appreciate the $100 damage deposit collected at check-in. Sure its returned but at the bank’s timing, not the hotel’s. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, in a lot of different countries and haven’t encountered this before. Also in our room, found a sticky mess on floor beside the bed. We won’t be back.”

“Very friendly service at check-in. The front desk staff were very caring. They checked in on every guest to ensure that they are comfortable and had no issue. They provided website links for all guests to use if they needed assistance. Breakfast was the best of all the other hotels I stayed at during my trip. “Unexpected pleasure to stay there. I booked a room to sleep a night on my across Canada drive. The hot tub and comfy bed gave me a good night sleep. The night here replenished me and my husband. Thanks you, Cindy!”

“There was a rainstorm during our stay and our window started leaking. I tried to call the front desk but they wouldn't answer so I went down to the desk and told them the area above the window was leaking dirty brown water all over. They told me they already knew it was a problem and couldn't fix it. I asked to get another room and they told me they didn't have any available so they gave me one little towl to try to stop the leak.”

“I recently stayed at the Wyndham hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The towels in the room were full of hair, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. Throughout the night, there were fights in the hallway, making it impossible to get a proper rest due to the constant noise and disturbance.
