“Didn’t appreciate the $100 damage deposit collected at check-in. Sure its returned but at the bank’s timing, not the hotel’s. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, in a lot of different countries and haven’t encountered this before. Also in our room, found a sticky mess on floor beside the bed. We won’t be back.”

“Hotel was nice and rooms were clean. The pool area was nice as well. The slide was a nice addition and the water mushroom for the kids section was super cute.”

“There was a rainstorm during our stay and our window started leaking. I tried to call the front desk but they wouldn't answer so I went down to the desk and told them the area above the window was leaking dirty brown water all over. They told me they already knew it was a problem and couldn't fix it. I asked to get another room and they told me they didn't have any available so they gave me one little towl to try to stop the leak.”

“I recently stayed at the Wyndham hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The towels in the room were full of hair, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. Throughout the night, there were fights in the hallway, making it impossible to get a proper rest due to the constant noise and disturbance. To make matters worse, the receptionist was incredibly rude and wouldn’t even make eye contact when speaking to me, leaving me feeling dismissed and unwelcome. Overall, I...

“The hotel was clean, staff were kind, accommodating, and answered questions wonderfully. The hotel is next to a liquor store that got some questionable attention with a couple incidents the evening we were there that we saw through windows. Overall the location was safe as well and we’d stay again!”

“Definitely smelled pot being smoked outside our window. But that’s not property fault. Bathroom was extremely small.”
