“Appreciated being able to check in early. Room was very plain but adequate. Only complaint was on Expedia it said a Queen bed but the bed in the room we had was definitely smaller than a Queen (Double?). Hotel said that was an "Expedia" issue.”

“Breakfast the first 2 days was amazing but the last day several people were checking out Monday morning and taking several plates full of food and leaving very little for other people staying there. We had 2 diabetic kids with pretty much nothing left for them to eat at 8:30 in the morning and it was a main reason for staying at your hotel.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...

“Abbiamo deciso di fermarci durante il viaggio in California nel paese di San Rafael per risparmiare una notte a San Francisco (visto i costi decisamente maggiori per la camera e il parcheggio auto), venivamo dallo Yosemite N.P. e abbiamo fatto un pò di costa nella zona di Point Reyes e nel tratto di fronte San Francisco per fare le foto al Golden Gate dalla Scenic Drive e al Golden Gate Bridge View Vista Point.
