“Had a great experience here. Only issue we had was that they had given us the room on the ground floor, closest to the front desk. It was very noisy, especially in the evening. Other than that, we had a nice stay. ”

“We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...

“The hotel was beautiful, but we called four times to ensure we had adjoining rooms, just to arrive and not have adjoining rooms. We were looking forward to trying out the best, which was closed. Sitting out in the bar area and sharing some cocktails-closed. To follow it up, the Starbucks in the lobby was closed the next morning and there was no coffee in the lobby. Hotel staff told me we could go across the street (through construction) to the gas station for coffee. When we complained the next...

“Appreciated being able to check in early. Room was very plain but adequate. Only complaint was on Expedia it said a Queen bed but the bed in the room we had was definitely smaller than a Queen (Double?). Hotel said that was an "Expedia" issue.”
