“As someone who has managed a hotel before I always walk into our reserved room and disinfect everything we will be touching and I take the comforter off the beds and pillows because those do not get changed after each us unless stained. We bring our own pillows and blankets. When doing my own inspection I found blood on the sheets. We told front desk and she changed our room. The halls and elevator were dirty. “The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low.
Not recommended for more than one night.”

“The property was okay, rooms were decently updated. The restaurant attached was a little overpriced for what we received. Staff at front desk were a little cold to approach however, the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting it to be right off the freeway. And the bar closes pretty early. ”

“Lovely property. You will feel very safe here. I think we may have been in the lobby at a weird time as the woman at reception seemed rushed when we checked in. Later, when we were checking out, another woman was at the reception desk. She was fine but never smiled. So either my child taking a few pieces of candy from the Easter baskets was annoying, or she was having a "off" morning. The bell hop, the people at the luggage desk, and valet were lovely. ”
