“the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure...

“Location is great, close to stadiums for events and also downtown. But beware of alot of homeless people so watch surroundings. The hotel is nice but the linens were dirty with stains that could not be removed with washing and I contacted the hotel with no response therefore it did not feel comfortable to use. The space is nice and useful with refrigerator and washer/dryer. And only one working elevator.”

“The listing was deluxe king suite with a bedroom, kitchen and dining area that slept 5. I walked Into one room, one bed and a giant hot tub in the middle of the room. Not the listing i booked At all. Whole hotel smells like weed. People live in the hotel so there’s belongings and people standing and being all around the building all night long. The fire department was called due to someone smoking in their room. Overall i dont Think I’d book here again.”
