“Considering this is a budget motel, the room was relatively clean. The grounds were a mess. Not much in terms of restaurants or food options in the area. There were a couple shelves of snacks and food for sale in the lobby, but no utensils or can openers on the premises. I heated up water for the instant noodles in the coffee pot and had food poisoning the next day. The person at the desk was understanding and as helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do.”

“Absolutely filthy! Everything, the room, especially the floor and small pieces of carpet that looked as though they haven't been clean in quite some time. The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere.”

“I knew I didnt book a 5 star hotel - just needing a room to crash for 1 night; however, I wasn’t expecting to check into an unsafe rundown dump. Pictures were definitely deceiving. This is by far the worst hotel/motel I have ever booked. It was so bad we considered taking the loss checking out and staying elsewhere. When you check in you don’t check in the lobby but through a bullet proof glass window. The room felt like a prison cell the drawers from the dresser were all missing, the room...

“There was a very harsh ammonia/urine smell in our room. We asked to move and were told there were no other rooms. Booked a 2 bed and were given 1 bed. The remote control was chewed and had corroded batteries in it. Stains on sheets and towels. Floor was dirty and sticky.”
