Hotel a Bells Beach

“La camera era adiacente al ristorante dell’hotel ed ai servizi igienici esterni, non proprio ideale. Le dimensioni ridotte e la pulizia non eccellente, soprattutto la moquette che presentava macchie un po’ inquietanti, sono tutti fattori che non mi fanno giudicare positivamente la struttura. Rapporto qualità prezzo non idoneo. Unica nota piacevole, la struttura in sé, una residenza con una storia da raccontare. ”

“Rooms were ready at arrival. Helpful clerk asked leading questions so we were clear no one would be staffing the lobby when we left the next morning. Knew to just leave key card and be on our way. Offered us tea, sweeteners & creamers since they are not usually left in rooms but knew we might want before hitting the road early morning. Ice machine was behind a locked door. Made sure we knew where and that our key card would open. Offered suggestions for food & drink. Pointed out a few...

“My room was spotless and smelled good. The staff are very welcoming and greet me by my name. I stay only here for work because of how nice the amenities are. I leave for work early and i appreciate the lighted parking lot, I feel safe at 4 am going to my car.”
