“Brand new hotel. Quiet. Helpful staff. Large room, comfortable bed. Woodbury Commons shopping less than 5 minute drive and close to NYC. Will stay here again.”

“I was given the wrong room type at check in. I paid for a room with a couch and extra floor space and was given a much smaller room without a couch! Tried to resolve the issue and was told no refund I am disappointed because I have family near there and travel from out of state so would stay at this location often. We are IHG members. Would like this to be made right as I calculated for four day stay was overcharged over 350 dollars. Stay would have been better if I would have been issued the...

“Room was outdated n lighting was dark Bathroom shower was a small area n water was weak also couldn’t regulate the heat/ac to be comfortable Coffee n breakfast was great”
