Hotel a Bellwood

“This hotel is pretty well worn. They clearly don't spend a lot on maintenance.”

“Hotel needs a deep clean. It smells musty and seems old.”

“We will stay there again.”

“We rented 2 rooms . One room was fine but the second room was musty , carpet was wet and the bedding was moist feeling. We did not complain because it was used for one night only . The pool are is obviously not maintained. Most likely will not return to this location. We frequent the area 4 times a year .”

“Unfortunately, when we checked in only the beds were made. We had no towels, soap, and the bathroom floor had not been cleaned and the trash can had not been emptied. The desk staff was very helpful considering apparently they were short staffed. The breakfast was very good which we appreciated.”

“That old lady is a cheapskate, I arrived at 11pm after driving 7 hrs all food places are closed so I asked for a granola bar for the morning breakfast and she flatout said NO”

“There were roaches in the room. The lock on the room door was broken. I couldn’t even stay there. I decided to sleep in my car”

“What spa? This was destroyed from the storm. Room smelled. 25 wat bulb. See thru towels. no plug for the tub. Did not stay, please refund me, office was locked. lobby was a store room.”

“Assolutamente da evitare. Tutto sporco, puzzolente, malfamato, vecchio e decadente.”

“The people are friendly. They don't do breakfast it's just a small motel in a small town that will be fine for some people & not others. But the staff is great.”

“We didn't use the amenities so it's not fair for us to evaluate it, but had to put something down, so we put it in the middle. We were only there to sleep at night. The room was clean. The only reason we don't give it a 5 Star for cleanliness is because it smelled musty like it had been closed up for several days without air conditioning. We get that they don't want to run the AC all the time, but it should have at least been turned on and turned down the morning of our arrival.”

“The rooms were poor especially from a person who has allergies. The spell of mold hits you when you open the door, mold by the air conditioner and on the curtains, the toilet seat was loose. However the staff was so accommodating and every understanding. They took care of me right away.”

“Room was ran down! Holes in the wall, sheets looked ragged. (2) TELEVISIONS ONE BROKEN AND ANOTHER PLACED INFRONT OF IT. THE BROKEN ONE STAYED LITE ALL NIGHT.. DOOR LOCL WAS BROKEN. THE HOUSE KEEPING STAFF WAS RUDE AND BOTHERED BY ASKING FOR TOWELS THAT WERENT STAINED. (WTH). COURT YARD LOOKS AS IF ITS OUT OF A PRISON MOVIE.. THE SECURITY GUARD WALKS AROUND WITH A (BASEBALL BAT) IN HAND.. (FOR REAL).”
