“We arrived during renovation and our room was not ready until 9:00pm a bummer especially when we had plans for dinner so we were unable to change our “airport” clothes and ended up changing our dinner venue BUT the staff was amazing and accommodating… Penny and her night crew were very friendly and Lance was on it when the tv wasn’t working we will be back because of their professionalism and courtesy”

“No furniture except the beds. Appeared to be missing chairs and table. Probably due to transition to Spark hotel but definitely felt unfinished. No coffee pot in the room. I got one at desk, no filter holder, requested twice but they couldn’t find the right one. Originally told room cleaned every other day unless requested. After 3 days of no cleaning we were told it must always be requested. After I requested twice still never got cleaned & they Refused to take out trash that smelled. The...

“Good breakfast and nice bed/ room TV. Also a solid gym. The pool and hot tube left something to be desired. The pro of the location is that it's surrounded by restaurants. Con is that it's in like a business district surrounded for blocks by streets, parking lots, and other office buildings.”

“Stayed at this same hotel the year prior and enjoyed it but it has gone completely downhill since then. Air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 95 out the day we were there. Hotel staff came up to the room, confirmed it didn't work and asked if we could "deal with it". I told them no and we wanted a new room. The said the hotel was full and there were no other rooms. “I would give this place a overall 4 stars I Loved my room it had microwave and a fridge LOVED IT. I was snowboarding for the week so that was definitely a plus for me I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN FOR THIS SPECIFIC REASON . NOT All rooms have a microwave I WOULD like for ALL rooms to have them (FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE) Friends of mine did not have a microwave so that was a bummer for them. Please hook up all the rooms with that combo ”

“Our room was ready on time, clean and spacious. Breakfast met our expectations and the valet was super convenient. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance and the area felt very safe. Would stay here again.”

“DONT DRINK THE WATER! There is something so off about it like you can even tell that it is weird because the smell of it. It has a metal/chemical smell to it.
