Hotel vicino a Belmar Shopping Mall - Denver

“Liked Location, breakfast, parking and clean room. Location was going through remodeling. Long wait for elevator and a few sections in the lobby were closed.”

“Very dirty and rooms are terrible. Pictures online look much better than the property actually is. Switched to multiple different rooms and all of them had problems. One with leaks and mold, TV not working in another, doors not closing etc. Terrible smell in rooms as well.”

“Stayed at this same hotel the year prior and enjoyed it but it has gone completely downhill since then. Air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 95 out the day we were there. Hotel staff came up to the room, confirmed it didn't work and asked if we could "deal with it". I told them no and we wanted a new room. The said the hotel was full and there were no other rooms. There was no manager on duty that weekend but we were told the manager would contact us the following Monday. 10...

“Hotel clean, new, tidy. Staff very kind. Rooms were serviced daily. Temperature control great. Online showed pool and spa, but no pool and spa were on site. Water pressure poor in #306.”
