“Great cleanliness and mattresses are very comfortable. I have 4 dislocated discs in my back and neck and this is the most comfortable bed I had in a while.”

“We have stayed here many times. Usually the breakfast is a draw. But it was lacking this time. The butter was replaced by a spread. The staff did not have the breakfast properly prepared. It was not what we had grown accustomed to.”

“The management at this hotel was wonderful! There was an issue with our booking, at no fault of the owner, and they went above and beyond to make it right. Expedia made the mistake but the owners is this hotel made zero excuses and ensured that we had a room to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this hotel. The lobby breakfast was also surprisingly well put together. 5 stars for these folks!”

“Staff was really nice. The room was comfy for price and location. I did have to ask for sheet to remake bed and change pillow cases due to hair and eyeliner being on the sheets and pillows. Staff was very understanding. ”

“This was an overnight stay with my boyfriend. Check in was probably the most efficient I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly, the hotel was comfortable and clean. The walls appeared to have been recently painted so the baseboards were being worked on…there was sawdust on the carpet in the hallway, no biggie. The room was nothing grand but was clean and quiet with everything in working order. The complimentary breakfast was typical of this chain except they didn’t have gravy. Again, no biggie. ...

“Great locations if you are seeing a show at the Saenger or Cresent. Staff was friendly, the place was eclectic, the drinks were spot on. Would stay again!”

“Very walkable property to the downtown. Parking convenient. Room was dated and not serviced until we left, so after 4 days trash and dirty linens were piled. Life machine didn’t work, no fridge, tv didn’t work, lighting was poor. Dated and tired room that needed refreshed.”

“Il motel è grande con camere spaziose anche se decadenti, come nel suo complesso tutto il complesso. Ad accoglierci in camera c'è un interessante odore di muffa e la tranquilla presenza di un piccolo animale in bagno. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. La connessione wifi è scadente. Unica nota positiva è la cortesia alla reception. La colazione sufficiente rispetto al complesso nel suo insieme. ”

“Top floor was closed for maintenance which we didn’t know til we got there, it was the reason we booked that hotel so we were disappointed with that. The staff was great and helpful, room was mostly clean except bathroom could have been done better with getting other peoples hair up.”

“The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help. As far as the room goes, I suggest asking to be in the back building unless you want to start smelling the breakfast being cooked at 6am. Lastly, checkout...
